Textbooks, library books, and other instructional
materials are the property of the school district; they are loaned for
student use. Students who mark or unreasonably damage school
property will be expected to pay for replacement. Defacing or damaging
school buildings is a misdemeanor under Nebraska Law and will be dealt
with harshly.
