Suspension/Explusion from School |

In extreme situations involving student
conduct, a student may be suspended from school by the administrator
upon presentation of sufficient evidence that strongly implicates the
student in any of the following offenses while attending school or
participating in any school related activities:
1. gross disrespect for any or all school officials or employees,
2. destruction of school property or personal property,
3. use of,
or possession of any intoxicating liquor, drugs, narcotics or tobacco,
4. fighting,
5. theft or stealing,
6. excessive use of profanity,
7.
continuing behavior that seriously interferes with classroom
instruction or other activities associated with
the school,
8. ACCUMULATION OF EIGHT OR MORE DETENTIONS,
9. for any violation of the Gun Free School Policy,
10. for other violations of school policies and
regulations.
