Entrance (Age - Health Records) |
|
Any student whose fifth birthday falls on or
before October 15 is eligible to enter kindergarten at the opening of
school of the same year. Pupils shall present a birth certificate
for proof of age, immunization record for proof of shots, and preschool
physical form signed by a doctor. Nebraska State Law mandates all
of the requirements listed above.
