6-8 physical education

These classes will be held three days a week. Each student is required to dress out and participate each and every day class is held.
Some of the activities we will be doing this year are Flag football, Volleyball, Fitness testing, learning the history and rules of many individual and team sports, Basketball, Team Handball, Soccer, and Softball.
Physical fitness components such as flexibility and endurance are a top priority for the Jr. High students.
